Petrov shareholding in IMC increased to 80.28%

Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, increased his shareholding in the company to 80.28% through his subsidiaries Agrovalley Limited and Richmarket Investments Ltd, the WSE reports.

On 1-3 September 2021, he purchased a total of 46 906 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 30.18 PLN (apx. USD 7.94) per share, increasing the total shareholding in IMC to 26 634 369 shares following the transaction.

The number of IMC's shares issued: 33 178 000.

In July 2021, Aleksandr Petrov purchased 90 000 shares in IMC.

The market cap of IMC in the period August 26-September 1 decreased by 0.7% to USD 257 mln.
