IMC Board Chairman Petrov shareholding totals over 80%

Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, increased his shareholding in the company to 80.14% through his subsidiaries Agrovalley Limited and Richmarket Investments Ltd, the WSE reports.
On 22 July 2021, he purchased a total of 90 000 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 26.20 PLN (apx. USD 6.76) per share, increasing the total shareholding in IMC to 26 587 463 shares following the transaction.
The number of IMC's shares issued: 33 178 000.
In May 2021, Aleksandr Petrov purchased 60 000 shares in IMC.
The market cap of IMC in the period July 15-21 decreased by 2.3% to USD 221 mln.
