AMCU fined MHP and Agromars for violation of economic competition

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) fined a number of enterprises of agricultural holdings MHP and Complex Agromars for violating legislation on the protection of economic competition for a total amount of UAH 515.3 thou. and UAH 41 thou., respectively.

MHP enterprises fined by the AMCU:

• Vinnytska Ptakhofabryka for a total amount of UAH 122 thou. for committing two violations of the legislation on the protection of economic competition
• Oril-Leader for a total of UAH 122 thou. for committing two law violations
• Peremoga Nova for UAH 54 thou. for one case of violation of the law
• Myronivska Pticefabrika for a total amount of UAH 163.3 thou. for committing three violations of the law
• Myronivsky Hliboproduct for UAH 54 thou. for one case of violation of the law

Complex Agromars was fined for a case of violation of the law on the protection of economic competition.

The AMCU fined Kernel for failure to submit the required information in due time.
