Kernel subsidiary fined by AMCU for failure to provide information

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) fined Kernel-Trade, a Kernel subsidiary, UAH 82.6 thou. for failure to submit information in due time, the Committee's relevant decision reads.

"Kernel-Trade is fined UAH 82.6 thou. for violation of legislation on protection of economic competition, stipulated by paragraph 13 of Article 50 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Economic Competition", in the form of failure to submit information to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine at the request of the state authorized by the AMCU from 18.09.2019 No. 126-29.3/01-11844 within the period required," the report says.

Note: Kernel-Trade LLC is the Group's key trading company. It is incorporated in Ukraine.

Previously reported that Kernel Holdings S.A. announced the issue of USD 300 mln aggregate principal amount of 6.750% notes due 2027 priced at par.
