ENSELCO expands land bank to 190,000 ha after acquiring Agro-Region

The ENSELCO Group, owned by Kernel founder Andriy Verevskyi, has completed the integration of Agro-Region’s assets acquired earlier this year. Within two months, the company fully aligned operations and technologies across the businesses, forming one of the largest agricultural clusters in Ukraine.

ENSELCO incorporated 41,000 hectares of land, along with infrastructure and operational assets located in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, and Khmelnytskyi regions. As a result, the group’s total land bank has expanded to 190,000 hectares.

Within two months, the company has:

  • unified its management structure and optimized asset operations;
  • standardized production processes and technologies — the spring sowing campaign will already be carried out under a single set of rules;
  • planned logistics for transporting the 2026 harvest (expected at around 1.4 million tons);
  • harmonized planning and financial standards and partially integrated digital systems.

All machinery that will operate in the fields this season has already been connected to a single dispatch center. This will enable the company to manage the sowing campaign across four regions of Ukraine from a single monitor, improving operational efficiency.

“We were not just acquiring hectares — we were investing in development and efficiency. Our goal over these two months was ambitious: to ensure that the new team and new assets would ‘speak the same language’ even before the first machinery entered the fields. Today, we see that Enselco has become not just larger, but stronger thanks to the combined efforts of the integrated teams. The 2026 sowing campaign will be our first major test of synergy, and we are entering it with a unified control center and a synchronized team,” said Oleksandr Ohui, Head of ENSELCO Group.

On January 8, 2026, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine granted permission to ENSELCO HOLDING LIMITED to acquire direct control over nine Agro-Region companies by purchasing a stake exceeding 50% of voting rights in their governing bodies.

At the end of January, Agro-Region Group shareholders completed a deal to sell 100% of the company to ENSELCO Group, owned by Andriy Verevskyi.
