NIBULON's largest Ukrainian creditor restructures its loan facility

State-owned Ukreximbank and NIBULON signed agreements on a long-term debt restructuring of the company's financial liabilities. This bank is the company's largest lender.

The company's CEO Andriy Vadaturskyi reminded that with the support of Ukreximbank, NIBULON constructed a sea transshipment terminal in Mykolaiv.

"In 2013-14, the company's largest loan portfolio totalled US$165 million, which reflects the level of cooperation and mutual understanding we have achieved in previous years and reaffirmed now during the restructuring. I am convinced we should not wait for help from abroad, but rather look for support and understanding in our own country. We have found this support in our Ukrainian banks, which are the embodiment of government policy. It is the experience of unity in challenging times for the whole country that will allow us to be even more successful, efficient and experienced after the Victory," Vadaturskyi stated.

In September 2023, NIBULON and Creditwest Bank Ukraine signed a restructuring of the terms of the loan agreement. In line with the agreements reached, the term of the loan agreement was extended for 6 years.
