russia struck at the production assets of the Ukrlandfarming group of companies. The infrastructure of the grain elevator in Dnipropetrovsk region was completely destroyed and an employee was injured, the company says in a statement.

"On the night of March 9, the enemy attacked Dnipropetrovsk region with a missile. A 58-year-old man, our employee, was injured. The production facilities of our enterprise were completely destroyed. This proves once again that the enemy is determined to destroy critical infrastructure, civilian rather than military facilities," the message reads.

The pre-trial investigation into the criminal proceedings on the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was initiated under the procedural supervision of the Dnipropetrovsk Region Prosecutor's Office. The extent of the destruction and the amount of damage are currently being assessed by law enforcement.
