A full-fledged launch of the Vinnitsa poultry complex should increase MHP's export by 80%
The company Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP) plans to increase export by 80% due to the launch of the Phase 2 of the Vinnitsa poultry complex.
This was informed by Yury Kosyuk, the owner of the company, during the press-conference at the complex, reports the Latifundist.com journalist.
According to him, the Phase 2 is expected to be launched at the end of 2018 — in early 2019.
"We will start production in 2018. The project will start operating in 2018. It takes time to run both lines of the project. This is not a thing that can be easily switched on or off. We are talking about a big technological process, starting with the poultry breeding areas and ending with the incubator and the people's desire to work," Yury Kosyuk said concerning the launch of the Phase 2 of the Vinnitsa poultry complex.
The businessman also spoke about the production plans with the full launch of the entire facility in Vinnitsa.
"The launch of the Phase 2 will increase the output by 250 thousand tons per year, 200 thousand tons of which will be exported. This will also have a positive effect on the country's trade balance. We will attract USD 300-500 million of foreign exchange earnings to the country per year. Due to this, the company's total export will grow by 80%. This is the prospect of 2018-2019," he explained.
According to the expectations of the owner of the MHP, by 2020 his agroholding will increase the production of chicken up to 730 thousand tons.
Earlier it was reported that MHP received USD 47 million of net profit for the Q3 2017.
