NIBULON launched waste processing into energy sources

A line for waste recycling into energy carriers started operating at the enterprises of the company NIBULON.

It is noted that to date about 50 tons of waste have been processed, of which 40 tons of briquettes and 477 kilograms of vegetable oil have been obtained. 24 t of finished briquettes for burning in solid fuel boilers are already delivered to the branch offices of the company. As a result, 15.25 thousand cubic meters of gas and 12.26 liters of diesel fuel were saved (in value terms it is UAH 429.77 thousand).

In MY 2017/18 it is planned to process another 600 tons of oilseed waste.

"NIBULON does not stop there and has already started organizing used oils processing (hydraulic, transmission, gearbox, motor and compressor) and oil residues from cleansing of fuel storage tanks (furnace, diesel) and oils generated by production activities," the message says.
