Aleksandr Petrov increased his stake in IMC to 70.51%

A legal entity Agrovalley Limited, controlled by Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, purchased on 22 February 2018 a total of 573 648 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 13.44 PLN per share.

Thus following the transaction he increased the total shareholding of Agrovalley Limited to 23 394 265 shares. Such shareholding is equivalent to 70.51% of total shares outstanding.

Reference: the number of registered shares of IMC — 33.178 million.

Prior it was reported that IMC's and its subsidiaries' consolidated revenue for the year ended 31 December 2017 is preliminary estimated at the level of USD 126.8 mln.
