Flour production in January totaled 141k tons

In January 2018, Ukrainian flour mills produced 141 thousand tons of flour, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine informs.

It is noted that in January 2018 flour production decreased 1.1% as comped with January 2017. December production volumes exceeded January results by 10.7%.

Reference: from the beginning of 2017/18, as of 28 February 2018, Ukraine exported 288.1 thousand tons of flour, which is 45.6 thousand tons more than the exported volume over the same period of the previous marketing season.
