Ukraine increased outward trade of flour

From the beginning of 2017/18, as of 28 February 2018, Ukraine exported 288.1 thousand tons of flour, which is 45.6 thousand tons more than the exported volume over the same period of the previous marketing season.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reports that the export of wheat flour totaled 287.2 thousand tons. The export of flour of other types for the reporting period amounted to 0.9 thousand tons.

Reference: the export potential of the Ukrainian flour market in 2017/18 is forecast at 450 thousand tons, and it is 11.9% higher than the previous marketing year.
