Milk production in January resulted in 70k tons

In January 2018, Ukrainian milk production amounted to 69.7 thou. tons, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine reports.

In January, milk production with fat content no more than 1%, in primary packings with a net volume of more than 2 liters, amounted to 30.4 thou. tons, which is 3.6% less than in January 2017.

The production of milk with a fat content of more than 1% but not more than 6%, in primary packings with a net volume of not more than 2 liters, amounted to 39.3 thou. tons, which is 3.6% less than in January 2017.

In 2016, Ukraine produced 10.38 million tons of milk, which is 4.7% less than the corresponding indicator in 2017.
