Goodvalley completed the purchase of Kernel's enterprise

Goodvalley has completed the process of acquiring 100% of the corporate rights of Galician Agrarian Investments, which is a structural division of Kernel.

Galician Agrarian Investments manages 6.5 thou. ha of leased lands in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

This transaction is an important step in the expansion of Goodvalley's activities in Ukraine. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine considered this acquisition in February.
