Danosha attempts buying Kernel subsidiary

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) is considering the application of the company Danosha for the acquisition of the enterprise Galician Agricultural Investments, which is a part of the agricultural holding Ukrainian Agrarian Investments.

Danosha filed the application for the purchase of corporate rights of Galician Agrarian Investments, which exceeds 50% of the votes in the highest governing body.

According to the analytical system YouControl, the ultimate beneficiary of the Galician Agrarian Investments is the founder of the company Kernel Andrei Verevskiy.
