Kernel disposed of 34 thou. hectares of farmland

Kernel disposed of 34 thou. hectares of farmland in Ukraine, which were suboptimal for company’s operations.

In Q3 FY2018 the company completed the disposal of corporate rights in subsidiaries. Combined proceeds are expected to be USD 19 million.

According to the rating Top 100 Latifundists of Ukraine, Kernel preserves its leading position just 500 hectares ahead of UkrLandFarming.

Previously it was reported that Kernel aimed to decrease the land bank to 560 thou. hectares.
