IMC considers the possibility of paying the USD 13 million interim dividend

The Board of Directors of IMC considers the possibility of paying the interim dividend to the company's shareholders to the amount of about USD 13 million having summed up preliminary results of the company's work for the first half of 2018.

The decision to pay the interim dividend for the first half of 2018 will be made by the company's Board following the results of the independent auditor's report and published in early September 2018.
