“This season we see the efficiency of investments in wagons. Initially, there was the purchase of two trains in our investment plan. This year we purchased one train, and we plan to buy the second one of 54 wagons in 2019,” Pavel Fesyuk commented.

By the company's estimates, the payback takes 4 years. But this period varies due to changes in the rental rate of wagons, which currently averages UAH 1.250. Pavel Fesyuk noted that if the rates rise, the payback will decrease.

“Due to the proximity of the location of the Kryukovsky railway car building works and a number of other factors, we decided to purchase wagons there. But other offers were received, including foreign ones and even cheaper. But we decided to test Kremenchug produce. We'll see in a year how they serve,” he added.

Earlier the company informed about the purchase of 55 wagon cars.

Note: AgroVista is a succession company of UkrAgroCom&Hermes-Trading. The company changed its name in July 2018.
