Czech Mabon to acquire Agromino shares

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized the purchase of shares and warrants outstanding in Agromino A/S (Copenhagen, Denmark) by the Czech Investment Fund Mabon.

The offer relates to shares and warrants in a Danish company which are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The offer will be conducted solely on the basis of the applicable provisions of Danish law and Nasdaq Stockholm’s Takeover Rules.

In mid-November, AMCU fined Mabon UAH 510 thou. for the violation of antimonopoly legislation when acquiring the shares of Agromino A/S.
