Ukraine cut oilseed exports by 13 pct

In July-March 2018/19, Ukraine reduced the export of oilseeds by 13 pct to 3.9 million tons, UNIAN inform.

“In the current marketing year, 3.9 million tons of oilseeds were exported vs. 4.4 million tons during the corresponding period last year,” the report says.

In the year 2018, Ukraine reduced oilseed exports by 7.5 pct to 4.8 million tons.

In 2017/18, exports of oilseeds increased by 52 pct to 3.5 million tons as compared with 2016/17.

In February 2019, rapeseed exports from Ukraine reduced 94.7 pct to 8 thou. tons vs 150 thou. tons in January of the current year.
