Ukraine traded abroad 3x more eggs in 10M 2019

In the period of Jan-Oct 2019, poultry eggs export from Ukraine increased by 34% YoY to 117.6 thou. t, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine informs.

In monetary terms, eggs shipment is valued at USD 93.83 vs. USD 76.33, 23% higher from Jan-Oct 2018.

Key importers in the reporting period are as followed:

• the U.A.E. — 30 thou. t (USD 23.96 mln);
• Iraq — 16.7 thou. t (USD 13.29 mln);
• the British Virgin Islands — 12.01 thou. t (USD 9.59 mln);
• other countries — 58.88 thou. t (USD 46.99).

Egg imports to Ukraine totalled 4.55 thou. t in Jan-Oct 2019, 26x less from export volumes.
