Soybean oil production in Ukraine: major companies-producers in 2019

In 2019, the MHP subsidiary, Katerynopilsky elevator, produced the largest volume of soybean oil in Ukraine, thus holding a 17% market share, the Ukroilprom Association reports.

The largest soybean oil producers in the reporting period are as followed:

1. Katerynopilsky elevator (MHP) — 17%;
2. Globyno Processing Plant (Astarta-Kyiv) — 15.7%;
3. Transpostach — 14.1%;
4. Elevator Bud Invest — 12.8%;
5. Pology Oil Extraction Plant — 9.2%;
6. Vinnytsya Oil and Fat Plant (ViOil) — 6.2%;
7. Oliyar — 2.6%;
8. PromTechAgroTorg — 2.2%;
9. Thegra Ukraine LTD — 2.1%;
10. European Transport Stevedoring Company (Bunge Ukraine) — 2%.

As reported, the total volume of soybean oil production in Ukraine stood at 281.3 thou. t.
