Pork export from Ukraine boosted 39% in 1H 2020

Pork export from Ukraine in Jan-June 2020 increased by 39% YoY to 1.4 thou. t (Jan-June 2019: 1 thou. t).

Under the data of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (SCSU), in monetary terms export of meat in the reporting period is valued at USD 3.56 mln.

Largest importing countries:

• UAE: 139.41 thou. t, USD 2.34 mln, 65.68% of the total supply
• Hong Kong — 46.72 thou. t, USD 783 thou., 22.01%
• Angola — 8.99 thou. t, USD 151 thou., 4.24%
• others — 17.13 thou. t, USD 287 thou., 8.07%
