IMC Chairman Petrov increased shareholding to 79.47%

A legal entity Agrovalley Limited, controlled by Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, increased its shareholding in the company to 79.47%, the WSE reports.

On 1 September 2020, the company purchased a total of 101 930 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 10.70 PLN per share, increasing the total shareholding in IMC to 26 365 213 shares following the transaction, such shareholding being equivalent to 79.47% of total shares outstanding.

The number of IMC's shares issued: 33 178 000.

The last transaction by Agrovalley Limited was made in late May 2020.
