Prometey to acquire Kernel grain elevator in Kirovohrad region

Prometey Group of companies was authorized by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) for the acquisition of a grain elevator from Kernel company in Kirovohrad region.

Kononiv Elevator LLC, Hrushka, storage capacity totals 49 thou. t.

Under the analytical system YouControl, the storage facility is a structural division of Kernel, the major beneficiary of which is Andrey Verevskiy.

Prometey officials confirmed the acquisition.

As a reminder, Prometey was refunded UAH 85.69 mln of VAT in September 2020.
