Petrov shareholding in IMC increased to 79.7%

A legal entity Agrovalley Limited, controlled by Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, increased its shareholding in the company to 79.68%, the WSE reports.

On 25 January 2021, the company purchased a total of 13 250 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 19.04 PLN (apx. USD 5.08) per share, increasing the total shareholding in IMC to 26 437 463 shares following the transaction.

The number of IMC's shares issued: 33 178 000.

IMC market cap increased by 1% to USD 189 mln in the period of January 14-20, 2020.
