Warsaw Stock Exchange admitted to trading 1.9 million new shares of IMC

The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) (the WSE) passed a resolution No. 1036/2017, whereby it stated that pursuant to § 19 sections 1 and 2 of the WSE Rules 1,878,000 (one million eight hundred seventy-eight thousand) IMC S.A. ordinary bearer shares with no par value each in relation to management incentive plan are admitted to trading on the main market of the WSE.

Note: the number of registered shares of IMC is 31.3 million.
