Ukraine exported 212 thousand tons of poultry meat in January-September

Ukraine in January-September 2017 exported 212.05k tons of poultry meat and co-products for $294.86 million.

According to the data of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, in August poultry meat exports amounted to 20,430k tons, which is 7.55% less than in August 2017.

According to customs statistics, the main importers of Ukrainian poultry meat in the reporting period were Egypt ($64.47 million), the Netherlands ($54.91 million) and Iraq ($28.49 million). Exports to these countries amounted to 46.38k tons, 39.48k tons and 20.48k tons of poultry meat, respectively.

Earlier it was reported, that Iraq, Qatar and Saudi Arabia lifted the ban on the import of poultry meat from Ukraine.
