Ukraine exported 1.5 million tons of rapeseed in January-September 2017

In January-September, 2017, Ukraine exported 1.49 million tons of rapeseed valued at $605.82 million.
According to the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, rapeseed exports in September 2017 amounted to 700.81 thousand tons, which is 35.61% more than in August 2017.
The main importers of Ukrainian rapeseed in the reporting period are Germany ($127.15 million), the Netherlands ($125.13 million) and Belgium ($115.45 million). Exports to these countries amounted to 312.16k tons, 307.11k tons and 283.46k tons, respectively.
The main importers of rapeseed in 2016 are France ($84.65 million), Poland ($73.08 million) and Germany ($65.87 million).
Reference: in 2016, Ukraine reduced rapeseed exports by 30.7% to 993.97k tons (1 434.96 million tons in 2015).
