2 million tons of oilseeds exported since the beginning of MY 2017/18

Ukraine from the beginning of MY 2017/18 exported almost 2 million tons of oil crops, which is 0.9 million tons more than the same indicator of MY 2016/17.
The State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection reports that 1.68 million tons of rapeseed (MY 2016/17 — 0.7 million tons) and 0.3 million tons of soybeans (MY 2016/17 — 0.39 million tons) were exported.
Reference: according to the Latifundist.com project Sowing Online 2017/18, Ukrainian farmers sowed 822 thousand hectares or 106% of the forecasted areas under winter rapeseed.
