Rapeseed oil production in September decreased by 46%

The production of rapeseed oil at large and medium-sized enterprises in Ukraine in September 2017 amounted to 17.2 thousand tons, which is 45.7% less than in August 2017 (31.7 thousand tons).

UkrAgroConsult informs that in comparison with September 2016, the production of rapeseed oil grew by 11% (in September 2016 — 15.5 thousand tons).

"In general, for the first 3 months of the new MY 2017/18 there is a gap of 4.8% with the previous year. Thus, production fell to 51.7 thousand tons against 54.3 thousand tons a year earlier," the report said.
