1.36 MT of sugar produced in Ukraine since the beginning of MY 2017/18

Since the beginning of MY 2017/18, as of November 14, Ukrainian agrarians produced 1.36 million tons of sugar.
National Association of Sugar Producers of Ukraine (Ukrsugar) informs that the volume of processed sugar beet is 9.64 million tons.
41 sugar plant started the production season. Association forecasts 46 sugar plants to function in MY 2017/18. Projected production of sugar remains at the same level — 2 million tons.
