APK-Invest to increase the land bank in 2 years

The company APK-Invest plans to expand its capacity by increasing the land bank. This was informed by Boris Kolesnikov, former Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, member of the Opposition Block, the owner of APK-Invest, in the interview for AgroPolit.com.

He noted that APK-Invest needs to double the land bank in 2 years.

"Now we cultivate 41 thousand hectares, 5 thousand hectares of which are under occupation in the Donbass area. The company can store 86 thousand tons of grain. We want to increase the storage capacity to 120 thousand tons," said Boris Kolesnikov.

According to Boris Kolesnikov, the land bank will be increased in order to intensify the production of feed for its own needs. And he added that APK-Invest needs 65-70 thousand hectares.

"We will increase the capacity of the meat-packing plant. In general, the global design of the company has already been created, now it is necessary to perfect it," the owner of APK-Invest summed up.
