Barley reserves in Ukraine make up 1.7 million tons

As of December 1, 2017 barley reserves amounted to 1.74 million tons, which is 637.5 thousand tons less than the same indicator in 2016 (2.38 million tons).
The State Statistics Service of Ukraine informs that the highest reserves are at the enterprises of Odessa (321.4 thousand tons), Khmelnitsky (165.1 thousand tons) and Ternopil (133.1 thousand tons) regions.
It is noted that the lowest barley reserves are at the enterprises of Zakarpattia (0.7 thousand tons), Chernivtsi (8.9 thousand tons) and Volyn (17.8 thousand tons) regions.
Earlier it was reported that Ukraine in January-November 2017 exported 4.78 million tons of barley worth of USD 699.89 million.
