Export of rapeseed in 2017 reached 2.1 MT

In 2017, export of rapeseed from Ukraine reached 2.14 million tons and was worth of USD 881.67 million.
The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine reports that the main importers of Ukrainian rapeseed in the reporting period are the Netherlands (USD 226.54 million), Belgium (USD 195.02 million) and Germany (USD 189.74 million). Exports to these countries amounted to 548.74 thousand tons, 472.48 thousand tons and 459.67 thousand tons, respectively.
Reference: in 2016, Ukraine reduced rapeseed exports by 30.7% to 993.97 thousand tons (2015: 1,434.96 thousand tons).
