Saudi Arabia bought a large quantity of tendered wheat

Saudi grains agency SAGO at the tender on May 4, 2018 purchased 545 thou. tons of milling wheat (12.5 percent protein) of arbitrary origin, Zerno On-Line reports.

Wheat was purchased at an average price of USD 247.84 per ton C&F for delivery in July-August this year. Grain was purchased from Glencore, Soufflet, Louis Dreyfus, GrainCorp, ADM, and Casillo.

Previously it was reported that since the beginning of MY2017/18 Ukraine had exported more than 35 mln tons of grain crops.
