MHP appointed additional Director of the Company

The agro-industrial holding Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP) appointed of Mr. Roger Gary Wills as an additional Director of the Company at its Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders.
This was the only question on the agenda of the meeting which was held on December 28, 2018.
As previously reported, MHP was awarded in four nominations of the rating “Business HReformation 2018. The Best Employers of Ukraine”.
