Vinnytsya OFP started soybean processing

One of the oil extraction plants of Vinnytsya Oil and Fat Plant, which is a structural division of the ViOil group, started soybeans processing.

Processing capacity will reach 70 thou. tons of soybeans. This season, the company reached its full designed capacity and will process 1.1 thou. tons of soybeans per day.

“Ukrainian farmers harvested a rich crop of soybeans. Their quality fully meets our requirements,” said Igor Gadomsky, Commercial Director of the industrial group ViOil.

In total, in MY2018/19, the ViOil industrial group plants will process about 100 thou. tons of soybeans. This will allow the company to get 20 thou. tons of soybean oil and 73 thou. tons of high-quality meal with a minimum protein content of 45%.

“Due to their quality, our products are in great demand in the global market, so the ViOil group exports all soybean oil and meal. The main buyers are the countries of the European Union, Belarus and Turkey,” says Igor Gadomsky.

In November 2018, the ViOil company launched a new line of vegetable oil packaging at the Vinnytsya OFP.
