Ukrlandfarming's salary rate up 90 pct

The Ukrlandfarming group of companies increased wages by 90 per cent in consequence of the labour migration. This was informed by the founder and owner of Ukrlandfarming agroholding Oleg Bakhmatyuk, 112.ua reports.

“We have raised wages by 90% over the past two years. For me as a manager, this is a significant challenge. We pay UAH 250 million of salary a month, UAH 3 billion a year,” Oleg Bakhmatyuk stated.

He noted that the Group faced the problem of labour migration and the agricultural holding lost a large number of drivers who left for the Baltic States and Poland.
