Odesa Portside Plant scheduled for sale in late 2020

The State Property Fund of Ukraine scheduled the sale of Odesa Portside Plant (OPP) PJSC for late 2020. This was informed by Dmitriy Sennichenko, Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, in the framework of the 2nd Saudi-Ukrainian Agri Business Investment Forum.

"The new director and the Supervisory Board were appointed at OPP. There are issues involving the enterprise's debts which were accumulated in the previous years. The plan was elaborated to get this asset ready for sale. The expected date of sale is the end of next year," commented Dmitriy Sennichenko.

Earlier it was reported that Odesa Portside Plant resumed ammonia and carbamide supplies to domestic and international markets.
