Deutsche Bahn assigns 15 senior executives to Ukraine for UZ management — Tkachev
The largest German railway operator Deutsche Bahn will assign 15 senior executives to Ukraine for Ukrzaliznytsia (UZ) management. This was informed by Valeriy Tkachev, member of the expert council under the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, AgroPolit.com writes.
The German company will delegate managers once it studies the situation at Ukrzaliznytsia and agrees on development plans.
"As part of the Memorandum, Deutsche Bahn specialists will come to Ukraine to study all business processes, problems, and then together with our specialists, they will develop a plan of reform. After that, when the goals, tasks and tools are clear, about 15 top managers of Deutsche Bahn will join the railway management," commented Valeriy Tkachev.
As a reminder, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine signed a Memorandum of Understanding with German railway operator Deutsche Bahn in Davos on Jan. 22, 2020.
