Dutch company to construct a bioethanol plant in Kirovograd region

Dutch company Black Swan Holding LTD is implementing a project on construction of a bioethanol plant in Kirovograd region, Regional State Administration reports.

The Memorandum of cooperation was signed by Andrey Balon, Chairman of Kirovograd State Administration and Prof. Ir. Roland Pieper, Director of the Dutch company Black Swan Holding LTD.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Memorandum, within the framework of its powers, the RSA will regulate issues related to the construction of a bioethanol plant in Kirovograd region and provide consulting assistance for the successful implementation of the project. For its part, Black Swan Holding LTD will grow corn and launch production facilities for its processing into bioethanol.

The report says that the project implementation will increase value added of the economy, infrastructure development and social sphere.

Previously reported that corn and sunflower are often at the top of the most profitable crop rankings, including in Ukraine.
