PPPs import to Ukraine in 2019: major countries suppliers

In 12M 2019, Ukraine imported 49% of plant protection products (PPPs) from the EU member states.
Key importers of PPPs in the period by country:
- the EU: 49%
- China: 23%
- Belarus: 3%
- the UK: 3%
- Zambia: 3%
- Israel: 2%
- India: 2%
- the US: 2%
- Kazakhstan: 1%
- other countries: 12%
Previously reported that in H1 2019 (six months ended June 30, 2019), Corteva Agriscience cut research and development expense by 17% to USD 568 mln.
