Agroton majority stakeholder acquired around 1.5 mln of company shares

The majority stakeholder in Agroton Public Limited Iurii Zhuravlov acquired 1,454,686 shares in the company.

Pursuant to the WSE report, the transaction was executed outside the regulated market.

As of 30 April 2021, Iurii Zhuravlov had a 77.77% stake in Agroton.

Agroton Public Limited issued share capital amounts to 21 670 000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of EUR 0,021 per share.

Agroton market cap totalled USD 44 mln in the period 24-30 June 2021.
