Grain From Ukraine: over 500 tons of sunflower oil shipped to Mauritania

A new shipment of food under the humanitarian programme Grain from Ukraine has arrived in Mauritania, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine announced.

Ukraine supplied 538 tonnes of vegetable oil with the contribution of Finland and with the support of the World Food Programme.

"The supplies will be distributed to the Mbera camp for the benefit of refugees," the Ministry says in a statement.

The first shipment of vegetable oil in the Initiative was made in June. Congo, Mozambique, Djibouti, Mauritania, and Palestine received almost 2.5 thousand tonnes of sunflower oil.
