8.5 MMT of grain exported through Big Odesa ports since early 2026
Since the beginning of 2026, Ukrainian seaports have handled more than 15 million tons of cargo, including 8.7 million tons of grain. The bulk of transshipment operations has been concentrated in the Big Odesa ports.
According to the government, the Big Odesa ports handled 14.5 million tons of cargo since the start of the year, of which 8.5 million tons were grain exports.
At the same time, Danube ports transshipped 1.1 million tons of cargo, including 221,000 tons of grain.
In total, since the launch of the Ukrainian maritime corridor in September 2023, nearly 179 million tons of cargo have been transported through it, including 107 million tons of grain. During this period, 7,087 vessels have been handled by the ports.
Since the start of the full-scale war, Russia has damaged or partially destroyed 726 port infrastructure facilities and 153 civilian vessels, while 238 civilians have been injured.
