Feed mill with a capacity of 240 t/day under construction in Lviv region
“Agricultural Company Dzvony” is building a feed mill with a capacity of 240 tons per day in Lviv region. The project is being implemented with the design and construction company “CHIF,” which acts as the integrator and engineering partner.
The Dutch company Van Aarsen is also involved in the project.
The enterprise plans to establish a closed-loop production cycle — from grain production to feed production for its own livestock operations.
“This is truly an important and strategic step for our farm. Establishing our own feed production will allow us to fully control feed quality, remain independent from external suppliers, and systematically develop our livestock segment,” said Zinovii Maksymyshyn, director and owner of PE “Agricultural Company Dzvony.”
Currently, installation of the production building structures is underway at the site, and preparations are being made for the installation of technological equipment.
The core of the plant will be equipment from Van Aarsen, ensuring a full-cycle production process. This includes grinders, mixers, micro-dosing systems, pelleting lines (featuring a crumbler, screener, and liquid application system), as well as soybean processing lines.
In addition, the complex will be equipped with conveying equipment, including screw conveyors, bucket elevators, and belt conveyors.
