Kernel to purchase 10 agricultural enterprises from Glencore

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine authorized the company Jerste B.V. (Netherlands), which belongs to one of the largest operators in the oilseed market, Kernel Holding, to purchase more than 50% of 10 agribusinesses owned by Glencore International (Switzerland), one of the world's largest commodity traders.

This is stated by AMCU, according to the NV Business report with the reference to Ukrainian News.

In particular, AMCU authorized the Jerste B.V. company to acquire more than 50% of the shares in the authorized capital of Chernovchanka-Agro (Vinnytsia region), Buzhanskoye (Cherkasy region), Vita-Kolos (Cherkasy region), Interagroinvest (Kiev region), Krjazh and K ( Vinnytsia region), Luchanskoe-2 (Kyiv region), Mriya (Vinnytsia region), Podol (Cherkasy region), Svitanok (Kyiv region) and Fedyukovka Agro, which belong to Glencore Grain Ukraine company.

Here is to remind that AMCU granted permission to Pridneprovsky Oil Crushing Plant, which according to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal and Physical Persons is owned by Andrey Verevsky, to purchase Zenkov-Agrotrans assets.
