Albacon Ventures increased its stake in Astarta to 36%

On July 19-21, 2017, Albacon Ventures Limited that belongs to Viktor Ivanchik, acquired on the open market 37.9 thousand shares of Astarta-Kiev, the agri-industrial holding.

The information was reported by the press service of the company.

As a result of this transaction, the total share of Albacon Ventures Limited increased from 9.026 million to 9.063 million, which is 36.26% of the total number of shares of Astarta-Kyiv in circulation.

Let us remind that on May 18, 2017, Albacon Ventures Limited acquired 299 shares of the company on the open market.
