In January-September Ukraine exported 4.4k tons of pork

In January-September 2017, Ukraine exported 4.36k tons of pork valued at $9.22 million.
According to the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the main importers of pork in the reporting period are Georgia ($5.73 million), Hong Kong ($1.38 million) and Kazakhstan ($0.99 million). Exports to these countries amounted to 2.71k tons, 0.65k tons and 0.47k tons of pork, respectively.
As of September 1, 2017, the number of pigs in Ukrainian agricultural enterprises amounted to 3.45 million head, which is 10.37% less than on the relevant date last year.
